Inferno - The Art Of Tomas Giorello
(2000 - SQP (Sal Quartuccio Publications)) 
A 68-page collection, counting the covers and the inner leafs, with one page for introductory text, one ad page and the rest all Giorello's full-page drawings and two paintings. Two-thirds of the drawings are tableaus that 'float' amidst the negative space giving each of them a full-bleed appearance. A good amount of the these heroic visions are male-centric, but the females make up most of the aggressive figures. Many barbarian warriors represent the majority, but the futuristic scenes make-up an unexpectedly healthy portion, all along with Egyptians, enchanters, demons, pirates, aliens and assorted animal & fantasy creatures. Almost all of these works were probably created with this volume in mind, so no captioning about original sources came into play here. There's a good bit of nudity, but, with the exception of one borderline image, the focus is not on the sexuality of the characters.
