Dangerous Curves

(Not appropriate for children or adolescents.) In a departure from what I've seen in most of their other collections, this gathering is of the work of but three artists, Pablo Diaz, Rafa Lopez, and Jose Manuel. Subtitled "Women In Action !", the theme is 'bad-ass' girls and mostly hews to a more narrow theme, namely 'bad-ass' girls who don't wear much clothing. 64 pages with 58 featuring large reproductions of the black-and-white drawings. Two of those have been colorized to make attractive front & back covers. The rest of the internal pages are groupings of smaller images (all additional selections from Jose Manuel). Nearly all the works are pencil-pieces and the couple that are inked really make you wish the rest were. A couple of the depictions are of the characters enjoying their own awesomeness just a little bit too much, so this book gets kept away from minors.
