Arantza Sestoya:  Wicked Kisses

     Goth pin-up ?  Beautiful disgruntled-ness ?  A bevy of brooding women ?  How best to describe this gathering ?  This book has 48 pages with 45 featuring large reproductions of her works - eight pages of drawings and the rest paintings.  Ten pages are utilized to present five larger works spreading across the center gutter - a strategy that kills two of them.  Mermaids, warriors, jungle-queens, angels, demonesses, batgirls & bloodsuckers join all the other pensive femmes, with a bit of poetry thrown in here & there for spice.  No captioning, but I recognize many pieces from SQP's covers & collections.  Emo art that goes to 11.
