River Of Mirrors - The Fantastic Art Of Judson Huss

     A nice book of surrealism.  96 pages with 73 large reproductions of the artist's work, almost all of them being full-bleed or framed with saturated colors.  His study of painting technique by revered classic masters is frequently touted and indeed, some of his drawings are indistinguishable from the macabre images of centuries ago - and yet, a still-modern sensibility makes them seem more relevant to our experiences of today.  Everything is captioned with its title and a one-page list of works at the book's end adds for each its creation-year, size & media.  There is sometimes some nudity in pursuit of a piece's evocations.
