Though registered as CLASSIC PIN-UPS 1, no others in the imagined series have been released to date. The book gives you 47 full-page plates, on the back of each appears a smaller color reproduction with the caption, consisting of title, creation year and the artist. The cover would be the 48th image. Note that this volume scores as the best multi-artist presentation of this genre. The reproduction quality looks great to me and the sampling seems diverse enough. The presented painters are: Rolf Armstrong (3), Roy Best, Margaret Brundage*, Al Buell (and also as Al Leslie)(2), Billy DeVorss (4), Freeman Elliott, Gil Elvgren (16)***, Jules Erbit, Art Frahm (5), Mabel Rollins Harris (2), Bill Medcalf, Earl Moran (2), Zoë Mozert (2), K.O. Munson, Walt Otto, Irene Patten, Gene Pressler, Bill Randall and T.N. Thompson (2).
